I saw this and initially thought it was a joke or a little cartoon or something, its not apparently.
Its a map of a woman's heart from a book called "The Mirror of True Womanhood: A Book of Instruction for Women in the World" written by Bernard O'Reilly in 1883.
I especially like "The Land of Selfishness" there in the right ventricle....
